A community of readers who pay for the journalism they really want - an ideal funding model. While some new media hit the right moment with the right model and just take off, it is also possible to build a community from scratch, slowly but steadily. Oliver Moldenhauer has extensive experience in the field, amongst other things he was the founding director of the campaigning website WeMove.EU. In this workshop he will share his experiences and give advice on how to build a community to support journalism.
