Norwegian Tarjei Leer-Salvesen has becomne an expert on the tactics of FOI He has asked for letters and datasets, receipts and payment details, foreign court decisions, film and pictures and even the results from x-ray scans on one occasion. He will share some insights on the strategies that often seem to work.
