Enjoy creating alliances with e.g activists, social scientists, trade unions when developing stories, which ideally have a campaign or social impact element. Recently directed a BBC documentary on the treatment of hundreds of thousands of homeowners whose mortgages were sold by the British government to an aggressive vulture fund. Also produced a Channel 4 expose of the exploitation of workers at a major hotel chain. Particularly interested in issues around the financialisation of housing, the increasing presence of private equity in housing and how to document what it's bought and the impact on local populations, the personal debt industry.
